I’m voting for Lois Snowe-Mello for state Senate.
She knows how hard people work, and how challenging it is to pay bills. When she served in the Senate, she co-sponsored a bill to allow Maine consumers to purchase health insurance from out-of-state insurers. If that bill had passed, premiums would be lower because there would have been more choices.
She also introduced bills to reform the state welfare system and lower taxes.
Deb Simpson has consistently voted against the people by voting to increase taxes, LD 1495, and restrict people’s choices for health insurance.
I have talked to Simpson on two occasions and have come to realize that she does not understand budgeting or money management.
People can depend on Lois Snowe-Mello. She will work for the people, not government expansion.
