MEXICO — All River Valley teens and young adults are invited to attend a Youth on the Rock Fun Fest from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, at Mexico First Baptist Church, 20 Roxbury Road. The gathering is organized by and for River Valley residents from middle school up through 20-somethings.

Event organizer Nick Blodgett of Peru said there will be pizza, games, live and recorded music, guest speakers and a DVD by Korn musician Brian “Head” Welch.

Families are also invited to a Fall Family Festival from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 31, also at the church. There will be refreshments, games, treats and prizes plus a performance by EMC2 Puppet Ministry.
