AUBURN — Central Maine Orthopaedics, 690 Minot Ave., announces the promotion of Jessica Hebert and Megan Sampson to supervisors in the department of revenue cycle operations.

Hebert was promoted from team lead to supervisor, revenue cycle operations — patient accounts and health information division. She will have a primary responsibility to the medical billing, coding and medical records operations of Central Maine Orthopaedics.

She has worked for Central Maine Orthopaedics since 2005, holding several key positions in the patient accounts office. She is a graduate of Edward Little High School. She received designation as a certified professional coder in 2008 from the American Academy of Professional Coders. She is currently enrolled in the Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute with a December graduation date. She is the chairwoman of the wellness committee at Central Maine Orthopaedics and active on the peer review committee.

Hebert lives in Norway with her husband and their two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, nature walks and reading.

Sampson was promoted from team lead to supervisor, revenue cycle operations — patient services division. She is directly responsible for ensuring customer service to Central Maine Orthopaedics patients, guests and visitors.

She has been employed with Central Maine Orthopaedics since January 2008, serving referring providers and new patients as the referral coordinator, prior to assuming the role of team lead.

Sampson is a graduate of Lewiston High School and is currently enrolled in the Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute with a December graduation date. She is an active member of the peer review committee.

Sampson lives in Lewiston and enjoys dancing and baking in her free time.
