JAY — VFW Post No. 3335 Ladies and Men’s Auxiliaries are holding a food drive-through from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the VFW Hall at Route 133 and Jewell Street.

The organizations are doing the drive in conjunction with Make a Difference Day, “America’s largest volunteer day of doing good for your community.”

The nonperishable food items collected will be donated to the Tri-Town Ministerial Association Food Cupboard.

People need not get out of their vehicles as they drive into the lower parking lot on the Jewell Street side of the hall. Auxiliary members will come out to the vehicles to collect the donated food staples and canned and unopened boxed goods.
