BROWNFIELD — Singer-songwriter Heather Pierson will mark the release of her new CD, “Make It Mine,” on Wednesday, Oct. 27, at a concert at Stone Mountain Arts Center.

In a career spanning two decades, Pierson, also a pianist and guitarist, has shared the stage with rock stars and folk legends. She has performed in recital halls and on stages on the once-smoky New England bottle club circuit; produced four solo recordings; and founded her own record label, Vessel Recordings.

The 16 songs on “Make It Mine” cover topics familiar to everyone: love, loss, perseverance and hope.

Pierson lives and composes in the Mount Washington Valley. Besides solo performances, she is involved in three musical projects, The Potboilers, HEPINATO and Kid Dizzy.

The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. Drinks, coffee and desserts will be available. Ticket-holders will receive a free copy of the new CD.

Tickets, $20, are available at Morning Dew Natural Foods in Bridgton, Books N Things in Norway, Tina Titzer’s School of Dance in Fryeburg and Naples Public Library. They may also be purchased by calling (603) 447-3793.
