NORWAY — The Norway Memorial Library invites kids of all ages to dress in costume and join the ghosts and goblins on Main Street from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, for the Norway Halloween Fest. The Nevaeh dance group will perform spooky dance stories on the library lawn at 3:30 p.m.

The library will offer healthy snacks, scary stories at 3 and 4 p.m. and Halloween crafts. In the Children’s Room, children can choose a Halloween craft to make and take home. Other festival activities on Main Street will include trick-or-treating at businesses, raffles, games and photos with costumed characters.
