SCARBOROUGH — Bethany C. Asquith and Davis M. Walsh were married at 4:30 p.m. on July 10 at Pine Point Beach, where the couple had become engaged. Daniel P. Diffin, brother-in-law of the bride, officiated.

The bride was escorted by her mother. She wore a strapless A-line organza gown with embellished lace motif.

The maids of honor were her sisters, Heather J. Beaulieu and Meghan E. Diffin, along with the sister of the bridegroom, Caitlin Walsh. The bouquets of flowers were created by her cousin, Shearon Murphy.

The groomsmen were Seth McCann, Preston Ward, Jeremiah Wirth and Josh Prybylo.

The reception took place at Mariner’s in Portland. The couple spent a week in Paris, France, and they currently reside in Old Town.

Mrs. Walsh is the daughter of Kathleen and the late Robert Asquith of Greene. She received a master’s degree in counseling education from the University of Maine and works at the Counseling Center on campus.

Mr. Walsh is the son of Cyndi and Steven Walsh of Boxford, Mass. He received a bachelor’s degree in computer science and is currently working at Gamestop.
