I would like to see a clean campaign run. Never mind running another candidate down. Use that energy to head toward good goals for the future. I’m so tired of mud-slinging. I can see how easy it is to get caught up in it. There are some good people running for governor.
I’m in support of Libby Mitchell. I appreciate her work ethic. I know of many good things she has done for people and for the state. At 70, she still has the belief and energy to care about people and the state. She could retire and not have to deal with all it encompasses, but she still cares. I would tell her that she doesn’t have to do any mud-slinging.
The candidates should all stop the mud-slinging and show us why we should vote for any of them. They are turning people off.
Jeannette Libby, Auburn
