The Norway Halloween Fest will take place from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29. The annual event will feature a sidewalk parade of young and old with entertainment from performers. Businesses will welcome participants and costumes are encouraged. Bags and maps will be available at the Square Kiosk and the Norway Memorial Library. The event is sponsored by Norway Downtown, the Norway Memorial Library, the Norway Recreational Department and the Norway Business Association.
