LISBON — Lisbon High School’s drama club will present “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” William Shakespeare’s classic comedy revolving around the complex lives of four young lovers and the upcoming wedding of the Duke of Athens and the queen of the Amazons.
Thrown into the mix are an unusual group of amateur actors, the mighty King and Queen of the beautiful Fairies and a mischievous faun.
The play will be staged at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 5-6, and at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7, at the high school.
Tickets, $3, will be available at the door.
