Congressman Mike Michaud has done and continues to do good work for the people of Maine while in Washington.

He always does his homework — reading the entire contents of complicated proposed legislation. He makes it a point to come home every weekend to keep in touch with his constituents. He listens to us, goes back to work, and gets things done.

As chairman of the Auburn-Lewiston Municipal Airport board, I can attest to his support of the local airport. He knows how important air access is to this area’s tourism, business, future development and safety. He has brought millions of federal dollars to his district to benefit us all.

No one can tell me he doesn’t have Maine’s best interests at heart. A little research would prove that. He has earned his good reputation and status, and voters should continue to support all he does by re-electing him to Congress.
