HARRISON — The town Recreation and Youth Boosters is hosting a Halloween Festival for children on Sunday.

The event, open to children ages 1 to 13, will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 31, at the Harrison Fire Station and will include a cookie decorating contest, pumpkin bowling, worm bobbing, arts and crafts tables a jack-o’-lantern ring toss, capture the witches hat, cupcake walk and eyeball bounce games.

There will be other games, including a pumpkin-guessing contest and refreshments including hot dogs, a witches’ wagon and prizes.
