Jeff grew up in Millbrook, N.Y., where he received special therapy and support from family, friends and neighbors. Jeff and his family moved to Derry, N.H., in 1989, after the death of his father. Jeff and his brother, Scott moved in with home providers, Bobbi and Linda Mumbauer in November 2009 after their mother’s health began to decline. He enjoyed a beer after work in his brother’s company. He also enjoyed good music, perfect sunsets, pizza Friday and scary movies. His laughter and smile filled his home with love.
