Auburn

A truck driven by David Gamache, 26, of Berlin, N.H., struck the back of a truck driven by Henry W. Horn, 57, of Livermore, while Horn was stopped in traffic at 7:40 a.m. Wednesday on the Minot Avenue rotary. Damage to the truck driven by Gamache and owned by Mountain Tire Corp. of Berlin, N.H, was estimated at $8,000; to the 2007 Sterling, driven by Horn and owned by Dead River Co. of Auburn, $6,000.

A car driven by Ernest C. Lavoie, 86, of Lewiston, struck a sign post in the Walmart parking lot at 9 a.m. Wednesday. Damage to his 2010 Chevrolet was estimated at $2,000.
