LEWISTON — Diane Marie Harvey, 53, of Buckfield, formerly of Greenland, N.H., died peacefully on Thursday, Nov. 4, at Central Maine Medical Center with her family by her side.

She was born in Portsmouth, N.H., Feb. 21, 1957, the daughter of Hiram A. Young Jr. of Eliot and Paula A. Barrett of Kittery. She graduated from Portsmouth High School, Class of 1975.

Diane married the love of her life, Daryl S. Harvey on Nov. 2, 1974. Together they had three sons, Aaron S. and his wife, Heather, of Buckfield, Ryan and his partner, Mandi, of Hartford, and Brendan and his partner, Elise, of Hartford; she is also survived by her parents; her brothers, David Young and his wife, Nancy, of Eliot, Danny Young and his wife, Donna, of Eliot, Arthur Young and his wife, Donna, of North Berwick and Michael Barrett and his wife, Heidi, of Greenland, N.H.; sisters, Shari l. Laurent and her husband, Hal, of Cape Neddick and Jaye Sadler and her husband, Kevin, of Port Charlotte, Fla.; her wonderful grandchildren, Dylan, Kaylee, Kaleb, Krosby, Hayden and Taylor, of whom she overly adored; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
