AUBURN — Nicholas R. Taylor, 24, of Maple Hill Road, Auburn died unexpectedly Thursday, Nov. 4.

He was born in Lewiston, May 19, 1986, the son of Robert A. Taylor and Kathleen (Noel) King. He was educated in Auburn and graduated from Edward Little High School, Class of 2004. He worked for T.C.I. Construction.

Nicholas was an avid sportsman playing baseball and football from a young boy through high school. He played football this year with The Mid Coast Falcons, a new team with the Eastern Football League in Maine.

Nicholas was a very social person and enjoyed hanging out with his friends. He also was a very proud uncle and enjoyed spending time with his nephew, Randan.

He leaves his mother, Kathleen Noel King and her husband, Hunter, of Poland; his father, Robert Taylor and his wife, Mary Ellen, of Auburn; two sisters, Jessica Taylor Hutchinson and her husband, Randy, of Livermore and Jessica Rubashkin and her husband, Paul, of West Gardiner; two brothers, Paul Michaud of Auburn and Craig Michaud of Auburn; a nephew, Randan Hutchinson of Livermore; maternal grandparents, Dorothy Crowley Noel of Auburn and Ralph E. Noel Jr. and his wife, Judy, of Cape Elizabeth; paternal grandparents, Fred and Eleanor Taylor of Auburn; great-grandfather, Douglas Taylor of Fairfield; four uncles, Sean D, Noel and his wife, Hilary and their daughter, Cecelia of Waltham, Mass., Ralph E. Noel III and his companion, Tammy Desmarais and his son, Myles of Hebron, Mike Taylor of New Gloucester and Jeff Taylor and his wife, Missy, of Lewiston; and many other extended family and friends that loved him dearly.
