Dennis Boyea of St. Mary’s Health System ladles roasted fall heirloom squash and apple soup for guests at the fifth annual Chef’s Soiree at St. Mary’s Nutrition Center at Main and Bates streets in Lewiston. Guests of the fundraiser were treated to cooking demonstrations with a history of Maine’s heritage foods from land and sea.
