HINKLEY — The wedding of Heather Leblond and Christopher Stone was held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 15, at Moody Chapel in Hinkley. Midge Leblond, aunt of the bride, officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Stone is the daughter of Dennis and Debbie Leblond of Lewiston. Mr. Stone is the son of George and Terri Stone of Albion.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a long white halter gown of satin with split front and with lace and sequins. In honor of her Nana, she also wore butterflies in her hair and carried a bouquet of burgundy alstroemeria, burgundy button poms, white lisianthus, three peach roses with baby’s breath and greens.
Holly Beedy, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jaime Sheldon, Jen Taylor and Wendy Demers, cousin of the bride. Ryean Sheldon-Shea, daughter of a bridesmaid, was flower girl.
Performing the duties of best man was John Fate and ushers were Donald Damon, Steve Morse and Roger Staples, cousin of the bride. Brandon Prebble, nephew of the bridegroom, was the ring bearer.
A reception followed at the Waterville Country Club. After a week-long honeymoon to Ft. Meyers Beach, Fla., they returned to Waterville, where they reside.
