The Auburn-Lewiston Rotary Breakfast Club recently made a donation to Advocates for Children for the agency’s upcoming Holiday Festival for Children. The festival, in its 25th year, is the agency’s largest fundraising project and will feature children’s entertainer Rick Charette, yo-yo champ Brandon Baines and a performance by the Youth Fiddlers featuring Greg Boardman. It will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, at St. Dominic Academy in Auburn. Advocates for Children offers programs to families in Androscoggin County. Larry Marcoux, right, member of the club, presented the donation check to Ruth DeCoster of Advocates for Children. For more information, call 783-3990 or go to www.advocatesforchildren.net.
