KINGFIELD — A local man was arrested Tuesday on a charge of gross sexual assault after a woman reported a Nov. 4 incident to advocates at Sexual Assault Victims Emergency Services, Detective David St. Laurent of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said.
The Sheriff’s Department was notified and after investigating, St. Laurent arrested Allen-Michael Gilmore, 18.
Gilmore was released on $250 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 17.
The two knew each other through a mutual acquaintance, St. Laurent said.
