JAY — Winter parking bans are in effect in this town and Livermore Falls that prohibit vehicles from being parked on any street between midnight and 6 a.m. until April 15, 2011.

The exception in Jay is physicians on emergency calls.

A vehicle found in violation of the towns’ ordinances are subject to a $15 fine and/or being towed at the owner’s expense.
