AUBURN — Waterville-based Amcomm Wireless Agent owners Peter McAvoy Sr. and Peter McAvoy II have announced they will donate $10,000 to Auburn’s Good Shepherd Food-Bank to help Maine families have hot, healthy meals during the holidays.

In addition, the company has announced a challenge for the month of November that could boost that amount to $30,000. The company said it will match up to an additional $10,000 donated by those who give at their stores in Waterville and at the Auburn Mall.

The matching offer is good through the month of November.
