An adoption celebration and tea was held at the Maine Department of Health and Human Services in Lewiston on Wednesday evening. Attended by adoptive parents, foster families, staff and those interested in adoption or becoming foster parents, the event was held to raise adoption awareness during National Adoption Awareness Month.
