Members of the State of Maine 124th Legislature presented a certificate of recognition to American Legion Post 22 in Lewiston for its outstanding efforts in supporting those serving in the United States armed forces through the American Legion Blue Star program. The Blue Star service banner displayed in the window of a home lets others know that someone in that home is serving in the armed forces. State Sen. Margaret Craven, Lewiston, and State Rep. Peggy Rotundo, Lewiston, made the presentation. From left are Post 22 Commander Albert Landry, Craven, Rotundo and Post 22 Adjutant Jerry DerBoghosian.
