AUBURN — St. Philip’s Catholic Church, across from Lake Auburn on Route 4, will hold its 36th annual Christmas Fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20. Additional shopping hours will be available from 9 a.m. to noon Sunday, Nov. 21.

The fair will feature homemade candies, quilts and patchwork, knits, wood crafts, balsam wreaths, themed gift baskets, Christmas decorations and baked goods. In addition there will be a jewelry table and “hidden treasures” rooms. Youngsters may enjoy craft activities and games for a small fee while their parents or grandparents shop.

There will be a door prize awarded every hour of the fair on Saturday and several raffles will be offered, including the large raffle with the first prize of $1,000. A silent auction will again be featured with many donations already coming in, including a framed watercolor painting by area artist and teacher Marge Di Renzo, and a numbered print by wildlife artist David A. Footer.

The lunch counter will be open for business and baked beans will be available for take out or for eating on site.
