OXFORD — William and Kathryn Coles of Alfred are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Hager, to Michael Porter Jr., son of Michael and Kathy Porter of Oxford.

The future bride is a home-school graduate and a 2010 graduate of New Brunswick Bible Institute. She is currently employed at Hannaford Bros.

The future bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and a 2009 graduate of New Brunswick Bible Institute. He is currently employed at Oxford Hills Christian Academy.

The wedding is planned for July 2 at the South Waterboro Bible Chapel.
