Arrests, summonses:
Nov. 22 at 11:21 p.m. — Lynn Gagnon, 31, of Windham was summonsed by Patrolman Donald Miller on a charge of operating under the influence on South Rumford Road. Gagnon is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 8.
Nov. 24 at 8:40 p.m.— Matthew Katz, 26, of Solon was summonsed by acting Cpl. Lawrence Winson on a charge of operating after suspension on Route 2. Katz is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 8.
Nov. 26 at 5:53 p.m.— John Palmer, 59, of Rumford was summonsed by Sgt. Tracey Higley on a charge of terrorizing on JFK Lane. Palmer is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 4.
Nov. 28 at 12:15 a.m.— Michael MacKnight, 18, of Andover was charged by Patrolman Ian Theriault on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor on Martin Road. MacKnight is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 4.
Nov. 28 at 12:15 a.m.— Seth Haynes, 20, of Peru was charged by Patrolman Ian Theriault for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor on Martin Road. Haynes is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 4.
Nov. 28 at 1 a.m.— Gary Rumley, 21, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Ian Theriault on a charge of operating under the influence on Martin Road. Rumley posted $1,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 8.
Nov. 28 at 3:30 a.m.— Jesse McClay, 23, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Ian Theriault on Rumford Avenue on a charge of domestic assault. McClay was unable to post bail and was taken to the Oxford County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 4.
Nov. 28 at 11:10 p.m.— John McLaughlin, 28, of Rumford was summonsed by Patrolman Donald Miller on Congress Street on a charge of unlawful sexual touching. McLaughlin is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 4.
Assault
Nov. 23 at 8:32 p.m.— Acting Cpl. Lawrence Winson investigated an assault on Hancock Street. The victim refused to press charges.
Criminal mischief
Nov. 23 at 8:32 p.m. — Patrolman Donald Miller investigated a tire slashing on Prospect Avenue. Estimated damage $150.
Theft
Nov. 26 at 6:57 p.m. — Patrolman Donald Miller investigated a gas drive-off from a local business. The person was located and returned to pay for the gas. There were no charges.
Wanted
Amanda Spitzer, 29 , of Rumford is wanted on a Rumford District Court warrant charging operating a motor vehicle without a license. The warrant date is Nov. 17.
