People exiting the Jay municipal building, right, should stay to the left side of the new island. The entrance to the town building is across from McDonald’s on Route 4. A new business is going in next to the town office and will use the other side of the new island as both entrance and exit. Jay police Chief Larry White said he is hoping when construction is done on the new building, the exit from the town office will be clearly marked.
