D’Auteuil

AUBURN — The wedding of Shannon Starbird and Donnie D’Auteuil was held at 4 p.m. on June 26 at the First Universalist Unitarian Church. Virginia Starbird, grandmother of the bride and notary public, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. D’Auteuil is the daughter of Debra Starbird of Lisbon and the late Donald Starbird. Mr. D’Auteuil is the son of Daniel and Rachel D’Auteuil Sr. of Greene.

The bride was given in marriage by her sons, Marcrano and Jaden Webster. She wore a strapless ivory satin A-line gown with semi-cathedral train embellished with sequins, rhinestones and crystal beading. She carried a bouquet of hot pink carnations, roses and Gerber daisies.

Serving as matron of honor was Stacy Williams, best friend. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Woodard, friend, Jackie D’Auteuil, sister of the bridegroom, and Laura D’Auteuil, Michele D’Auteuil and Catherine D’Auteuil, sisters-in-law of the bridegroom. Isabella Webster, daughter of the bride, was flower girl.

A brother of the bridegroom, Denis D’Auteuil, performed the duties of best man. Uushers were Todd Pomerleau and David Langelier, friends, Daniel D’Auteuil Jr. and David D’Auteuil, brothers of the bridegroom, and Nicholas Starbird, brother of the bride. Junior usher was Devon D’Auteuil, nephew of the of the bridegroom, and ring bearer was Joshua D’Auteuil, another nephew.

A reception followed at the Ramada Inn, after which the couple traveled to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. They are residing in Lewiston.

The bride is a 1997 graduate of Lisbon High School and is employed at McKesson.

The bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School and is employed at TD Bank.
