Key losses: Tyler Chiasson, Nic Crutchfield, Eric Bolduc, Tyler Gates, Kyle Hutchinson, Cliff Turner.

Promising newcomers: Senior — Arik Fenstermacher (5-11 guard/forward); Juniors — Caleb Turner (5-10 guard), Ben Holmes (6-1 guard/forward), Josh Turbide (5-10 guard), Jake Dowland (5-11 forward), Mitchell Stanley (6-4 center).

Outlook: Fletcher is Dirigo’s third different coach in three seasons. Her predecessors, Gavin Kane and Dave Gerrish, led the Cougars to Western Class C titles. Even with the loss of all five starters, Dirigo is considered one of the elite teams in the MVC. Dirigo may employ more of a halfcourt style offensively and will need to be tough defensively. Ross is a terrific all-around athlete. St. Germain has shown the potential to be one of the top big men in the league.
