LEWISTON — The Maineiacs and St. Mary’s Food Pantry are teaming up to collect food for a combined Pack the Rink/Pack the Pantry event at the Androscoggin Bank Colisee on Friday, Dec. 10.

Fans are invited to bring non-perishable food items to the game, which will be collected by volunteers of the food pantry and distributed to local families in need. The collection will be done just before the game, starting at 6:30 p.m.

The Maineiacs and the food pantry will team up again for an American Red Cross blood drive on Tuesday, Dec. 14, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.
