Key losses: Taylor Valente, Evan Kenney, Nate Rowe, Ryan Barton.

Promising newcomers: Senior — Heath Martell (6-3 center).

Outlook: G-NG welcomes one of the most successful coaches in the history of Maine high school basketball. DiBiase returns to the sidelines after a three-year hiatus. He owns more than 300 victories and won state titles at Gorham, Portland and South Portland. The Patriots haven’t enjoyed much long-term success as a program in the ultra-competitive Western Maine Conference, but they do return a strong senior nucleus. Farynaz is one of the top point guards in the league.
