Returning players: Boys: Juniors — Nick Woods, Erich Zurhorst. Girls: Senior — Kymberly Couch; Juniors — Hannah LaPointe, Samantha Glover.

Key losses: Carmella Glazier, Jordan Theriault, Toni Weber, Carl Zurhorst.

Promising newcomers: Boys: Freshmen — Andrew Boucher, Lance Richard. Girls: Katie Mills.

Outlook: The boys’ squad this year at Mountain Valley is on the younger side, which leaves plenty of room for growth. A good showing at least year’s MVCs will be hard to replicate, but give them some time. On the girls’ side, there could be an improvement on last year’s finish at MVCs, with a strong returning nucleus.
