Auburn

Charles Watson, 20, of 821 North Market St., Pinegrove, Pa., on charges of operating without a license and failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, 2:41 a.m. Thursday at 211 Court St.

Androscoggin County

Richard Doucet, 42, of 28 Malloy Road, Turner, arrested by Maine State Police on a warrant, 9:15 p.m. Wednesday at that address.

Taironce Nelson, 30, of 125 Pine St., Lewiston, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant, 11:49 p.m. Wednesday at 40 Pleasant St., Auburn.

Accidents

A truck driven by Conrad J. Labbe, 55, of Minot, slid off Garfield Road and into the woods at 2:20 a.m. Saturday. Damage to Labbe’s 2002 GMC was estimated at $8,000.

A pickup driven by Daphne L. James, 48, of Lewiston, struck a sign post at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday in the Walmart parking lot. Damage to James’ 2001 Dodge was estimated at $4,000.

Vehicles driven by Jimmy C. Courbron, 25, of Greene and Darlene J. Burnell, 55, of Auburn collided at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday on Minot Avenue. Damage to Courbron’s 1998 Volkswagen was estimated at $5,000; to Burnell’s 2002 Hyundai, $3,000.
