Hurilla

LEWISTON — The wedding of Denise Plante-O’Brien and Raymond Hurilla was held at 2 p.m. on Sept. 24 at Holy Family Church in Lewiston. Msgr. Marc Caron officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Hurilla is the daughter of Roger and Pauline Plante of Lewiston. Mr. Hurilla is the son of Raymond and Adele Hurilla of Manville, N.J.

The bride was escorted by her four children, Jeffrey, Leslie, Melissa and Nate and carried a bouquet of Stargazer lilies and white roses.

Janet Robinson, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Michael Hurilla, brother of the bridegroom, was best man.

A reception followed at the Sedgley Place in Greene, after which the couple traveled to Quebec City for a week. They are residing in Lewiston.

The bride is a 1984 graduate of Lewiston High School and is currently working on a degree in business management at the University of Maine at Augusta, with plans to graduate in 2011. She is employed as a frontline manager at Liberty Mutual Group in Lewiston.

The bridegroom is a 1977 graduate of Manville High School in Manville, N.J., and is employed as a master oil burner technician at Downeast Energy in Brunswick.
