PORTLAND — The wedding of Haley Stone and Ryan Bernier was held at 3 p.m. on Oct. 29 at the Danforth Inn in Portland. Katherine Swain, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Bernier is the daughter of Robert and Susan Stone of Auburn. Mr. Bernier is the son of Gerald and Rachel Bernier of Brunswick.

The bride wore a lace overlay gown and carried a bouquet of champagne roses, yellow cymbidium orchids and eggplant Calla lilies.

A sister of the bride, Marni Stone Fennessy, was matron of honor. Flower girls were nieces of the bride, Emma, Olivia and Piper Barrett.

William Verrill and Christopher Cicinelli, grade school friends of the bridegroom, were best men.

A reception followed at the Danforth Inn, after which the couple traveled to St. Lucia. They are residing in Brunswick.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is employed at Providence’s Merrymeeting Center in Bath as a behavior analyst technician and targeted case manager.

The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Brunswick High School and a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. He is employed at D.L. Poulin, Inc. of Brunswick as a project manager.
