WILMINGTON, Del. — Brooke A. Stevens, 40, passed away Saturday, Dec. 11. Brooke died of endocarditis after several months of illness.

She was born in Lewiston, May 23, 1970, the only child of Sandra Levesque Stevens and Leonard L. Stevens Jr.

Brooke attended schools in Charlotte, N.C., Marietta, Ga., and Auburn. She was a 1988 graduate of Hebron Academy. She also attended Ithaca College and was a graduate of the University of Vermont.

Brooke was an independent marketing consultant. She was a compassionate, helping person. She was also an avid sportsperson and excelled at skiing, running and field hockey. She loved reading, photography and travel and was an avid music enthusiast.

Surviving are daughter, Taylor, 7, of Newark, Del.; her father, Leonard and stepmother, Marla, of Newark; her mother, Sandra and stepfather, Maurice Clark of Auburn and Brunswick.

Brooke was predeceased by her grandparents, Paul and Jeannette Levesque of Auburn, and Leonard and Elisabeth Stevens of Portland.

Brooke will be sorely missed by all of us.
