AUBURN — Donald St. Germain from Don’s No Preference Towing of Auburn, has received the American Towman ACE Award for achievement in service performance.

Recipients were nominated by the nation’s major motor clubs and dispatch centers, including Asurion, Coach-Net, GEICO, National Automobile Club and Nation Save Drivers.

The nomination guidelines for the award include: the highest percentage of calls when the estimated time of arrival is achieved; consistency in response time; written appreciation from customers; and percentage of calls serviced (instead of turn them away), a reflection of reliability and professionalism. ACE recipients rank in the top 1 percent of the towing industry’s service providers.

The award was presented NOv. 21 at ACE Award ceremony at the Baltimore Convention Center.
