LEWISTON — The Lewiston Public Works Department reminds residents that Christmas trees placed at curbside during the week of Jan. 3-7 will be picked up on residents’ regular trash collection days.

All tinsel must be removed from trees, and the trees won’t be collected at any other time. Trees may also be dropped off at the Lewiston Public Works Yard, 103 Adams Ave., or at the city’s solid waste facility at 424 River Road.
