Hats off to the Sun Journal and Leslie Dixon for the great coverage of the rescue of the Rottweiler dog from Lake Pennesseewassee by Brent Gammon and Nick White (Dec. 17). It was refreshing to read such a story.

My family knows Bruce Rowe and the love he has for his dog. What a wonderful gift with the rescue of his pal, Micah.
