MONMOUTH — A funeral service for Stephanie Raye Webster was held Thursday at Bragdon-Finley Funeral Home with the Rev. Peter Mars officiating. Special memories were shared by her mother, Susan Webster and the poem, “Heaven’s Very Special Child,” by Edna Massionilla, was read by James Finley. Special musical selections were “Angel,” “You Are My Sunshine” and “How Great Thou Art.” The funeral was followed by a luncheon at the Wales Presbyterian Youth Center.
