Joseph W. Bennett, 33, of Oxford, Jan. 6, unpaid fines for cultivating marijuana, $540 cash bail, Oxford Police Department.

Troy W. Lake, 41, of Rumford, Jan. 6, criminal mischief, operating under the influence, operating without a license, violation of bail conditions, Rumford Police Department.
