AUBURN — The wedding of Jaimie Lynn Bourgoin and Jeremy Curtis Smith was held at 3 p.m. on Sept. 11 at Martindale Country Club in Auburn. Curtis Arnold Smith Jr., notary public, officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Smith is the daughter of Daniel and Linda Bourgoin of Auburn. Mr. Smith is the son of Curtis and Mary Smith of Sidney.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a gown in off white with champagne detail and she carried a bouquet of pink roses, lisianthus and lilies.
A sister-in-law, Jamie Higgins, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jessica Smith, best friend, Melissa Gagne, friend, and Laurie Elsemore and Carrie Thompson, sisters-in-law. Jasmine Higgins and Ava Thompson, nieces, were flower girls.
A brother-in-law, Kerry Elsemore, performed the duties of best man. Ushers were Justin Smith and Jonathan Smith, cousins, and Kevin Higgins and Kenny Thompson, brothers-in-law.
A reception followed at Martindale Country Club, after which the couple traveled to New Hampshire. They are residing in Vassalboro.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Edward Little High School and is employed at Geiger Brothers.
The bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of Messalonskee High School and is employed at New England Battery and Tire.
