* Clint C. Cram, 31, of Hiram, Jan. 10, failure to pay fines, $222.50 cash bail, Maine State Police.

* Jona Lee Olson, 21, of Brownfield, Jan. 10, failure to pay fines, $300 cash bail, Maine State Police.
