WILTON — Police arrested a 15-year-old boy Friday on a charge of gross sexual assault in connection with an incident last summer in Wilton.
The alleged victim is under 10 years old, Wilton police Chief Dennis Brown said.
Police learned of the assault late last week, he said. The teen was released to the care of a guardian and has a court appearance scheduled in February.
The girl’s parents are seeking treatment for her, he said.
