DIXFIELD — A Mass of Christian Burial for Bettina M. (Chiaravalloti) Hebert Martin was held Thursday at the Parish of the Holy Savior, Rumford, with the Rev. James Martel officiating, after a family prayer service at the Wiles Remembrance Center. The first reading was from the Book of Wisdom, Chapter 3:1-9; the second reading was the First Letter of St. John 3:1-3 and the Gospel was John 14:1-6. The opening hymn was “ Be Not Afraid” and the offertory music was “The Prayer of St. Francis.” The Communion hymn: “I am the Bread of Life” and the closing hymn was “On Eagles Wings.” Organist and soloist was Mark Belanger. Her sister, Donna Cialfi, offered a personal eulogy. Pallbearers were Richard Hebert, John Hebert, Don Hebert, Adam Stemle, Joseph Hebert and Benjamin Hebert. After Mass, all were welcomed to the home of her son and daughter-in-law, John and Sandra Hebert of Dixfield for a time of fellowship. Winter entombment at the funeral home. Spring committal services at Greenwood Cemetery, Dixfield.
