CANTON — Becky Knox has been named Victorian Villa Rehabilitation and Living Center’s 2010 Employee of the Year. She was selected for her dedication and kindness shown to residents and staff.

Knox has been employed by Victorian Villa since 1988. At the age of 15, she worked in the residential care facility’s dietary department. In 1992 she completed her CNA training and certification through CMTC and began working in the nursing facility as a full-time certified nursing assistant. In 1998, after her first child was born, she  took a hiatus for a few years. In 2001, she returned to Victorian Villa as a residential care aide/certified residential medication aide. In August 2001 she began her current position as ward clerk.

Victorian Villa is at 26 Pleasant St., Canton. It is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.
