Richard L. Baker, 32, of Oxford, Jan. 17, operating after suspension and illegal attachment of plates, $500 cash bail, Maine State Police.

Sara A. Roberts, 32, of Rumford, failure to pay fines for operating under the influence, $690 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

Fred E. Rolfe, 34, of Norway, failure to pay fines for disorderly conduct, $175 cash bail, Maine State Police.
