America’s tradition of states’ rights has been essential in helping protect our freedoms. More power taken by the federal government is less freedom for American citizens.

When Congress passed “ObamaCare,” the federal government overreached more than it ever has. Forcing citizens to purchase health insurance coverage or face a penalty is a huge power grab by the federal government and a huge loss of freedom for Americans.

Fortunately, there is a chance to stop “ObamaCare” in its tracks and, hopefully, repeal it. I support Maine joining the lawsuit against “ObamaCare” and hope the law will be struck down as unconstitutional.
