* Reid A. Ross, 53, of Norway, Jan. 27, attaching false plates and failure to pay fines for operating after suspension, $440 cash bail, Norway Police Department.

* Timothy D. Shorey, 50, of Dixfield, Jan. 27, violation of bail conditions, Dixfield Police Department.

* Maureen M. Merrill, 48, of Rumford, Jan. 27, domestic violence assault, $500 unsecured bond, Rumford Police Department.
